  7. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges.
  8. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on our products/services and industry best practices.
  9. Negotiate contract renewals and pricing agreements, aiming to maximize client satisfaction and company profitability.
  10. Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships with potential clients and stay connected with existing ones.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
